Parts and Service Manager – Sequim WA

Brim operates eleven New Holland agricultural and construction equipment dealerships in Oregon and Washington. For over 55 years, Brim has provided sales, as well as parts, service and rental support to agricultural and construction industries in the Pacific Northwest. The Brim equipment offering includes top quality brands like New Holland, Bobcat, Diamond Mowers, and Woods Equipment. Our Rental Department provides a large variety of equipment for all clientele from hobby farmers to large construction and everything in between.

We have continued to grow over the years, and we are excited to be opening a new location in Sequim, WA. We are looking for an experienced parts and service person to promote parts sales and service to over-the-counter customers and lead our service technicians in our shop.

Requirements:

  • Experience as customer service manager.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Agricultural and Construction equipment a plus
  • Strong time management skills, ability to multitask, and willingness to learn new products.
  • Strong customer service skills, which include phone etiquette and over-the-counter sales, to provide great customer experience.
  • Have good warehouse and inventory control skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift 50Lbs.
  • Able to tow a trailer and backup a trailer.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers on equipment repairs and repair estimates
  • Look up parts for customers and give them a price and ETA.
  • Provide customer satisfaction by serving in a professional, speedy, and efficient manner.
  • Assign part to work orders.
  • Place parts orders.
  • Manage technicians and workflow in a professional manner.
  • Process work orders.
  • Process warranty claims.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions.
  • Market service sales to grow service department.
  • Maintain and update computer diagnostic equipment.
  • Work well with other departments to grow the dealership.
  • Maintain and provide a safe work environment.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
